TITUS BALOYI

(CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)

Titus Baloyi is the founder of Bembani Group (Pty) Limited. His academic background includes a Masters degree in Environmental Management and Analysis. Prior to establishing the group, Titus worked for an academic institution, electric power utility company, and a multinational petrochemical company in various advisory and management positions.

He holds directorships in Bembani Sustainability Solutions, Bembani Information Technology, Hlulani Investments, Likhona Investments and EnviroChoice.

He provides leadership to the group. He has initiated a number of strategic relationships and partnerships with other companies and institutions, both locally and internationally. His immediate and overwhelming goal is to take the group to the public within four years.

VICTOR SIPHUGU

(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)

Mashudu Victor Siphugu is an Alumnus of the University of Venda for Science and Technology, Rhodes University and the University of North West (Potchefstroom Campus) were he graduated with Bachelor of Science, Masters of Science in Botany and a Masters in Environmental Management and Analysis. Victor has also enrolled for and completed several short courses, workshops and seminars on various subjects relating to Business Management and Leadership.

Victor’s earlier career development mainly focused on training and capacity building, where he spent his earlier career days teaching, coaching and mentoring at institutions of learning. His entrepreneurial drive saw him appointed as a Director and Shareholder at Bembani Sustainability Solutions (then Bembani Sustainability Training (Pty) Ltd) in 2003, and later appointed to the Bembani Group (Pty) Ltd’s Board in 2008. Victor’s day-to-day responsibilities at Bembani include overall business’ strategic management and leadership. Victor is also responsible for positioning Bembani to be a world class business player; and high level client liaison and maintenance. To that end, Victor has facilitated Bembani’s signing of several multi-million rand contracts with clients; and he continues to oversee successful delivery on such contracts either as project director, or through high-level client liaison.
